I received the M.E. degree in telecommunications and the PhD degree in electrical engineering from the University of Cantabria, Spain, in 2010 and 2015, respectively. I was a visiting researcher with the Associate Institute for Signal Processing at the Technical University of Munich, Germany, in 2013; and with the Signal and System Theory Group at the University of Paderborn , Germany, in 2014. Since 2015, I have been with the Signal and System Theory Group at the University of Paderborn, as an Assistant Professor. My main research revolves around signal processing for wireless communications as continuation of my PhD, with a special emphasis on multi-antenna systems and interference management techniques for multi-user communications. I am also interested in other topics on statistical signal processing. In particular, I am interested in correlation analysis of high-dimensional data under sample-poor conditions.
