Yu-Hang Xiao was born in Anhui, China. He received the B.E. degree in microelectronics from Harbin Engineering University, Harbin, China, in 2012, and M. E. and Ph. D. degrees in information and communication engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, China, in 2014 and 2018, respectively. During Oct. 2015—Feb. 2017, he was a visiting Ph.D. student at Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, McMaster University, Hamilton, ON, Canada. He joined the SST group as a postdoctoral research assistant on Feb. 2019. His research interests are in statistical signal processing and communications.
